Acupuncture
All humans carry the innate knowledge of how to heal from illnesses of all kinds; physical, emotional and spiritual. Acupuncture accesses this healing potential, engaging our conciousness and directing it to areas in the body that require our attention and care.
So, how did I become sick? And how can acupuncture help me to get well?
Our bodies have very long memories, carrying records of everything that has happened to us over the course of our lives. In the event that we come up against a challenge that the body, mind or spirit cannot meet, the body stores this challenge for processing at a later date. For example, the body might choose to store a pesticide we unknowingly ingested, some cleaning products we came into contact with, a flu we were too tired to overcome, some party drugs we took or even a big cry that wasn’t it convenient to let out when we experienced a loss.
Acupuncture helps us to access and process these stored challenges. It can open our eyes to possibilities for ourselves and our future we may never have considered. It can allow us to see ourselves and the world with greater clarity and move forward with renewed purpose.
